Cute Malay Malaysian Girl

Ever wanted to be cute Malay girls? Cuteness is a quality that transcends trying to be like somebody else. True cute is about making the most of your sweet, friendly, and innocence nature and projecting it wherever you go. It is about being genuine, smiling and greeting others with delight and sharing warmth with friends, colleagues and people you meet on the street.

Being cute malay girl is not about being a slave to fashion; nor is it about memorizing phrases from a Akedemi Fantasia reality show or popular MEDIA PRIMA tv drama. It is about being the best person you can be and letting that shine forth.

Singapore gets Pulau Batu Puteh

Singapore gets Pulau Batu Puteh (Pedra Branca)

The International Court of Justice here today ruled Singapore has sovereignty over Pulau Batu Puteh while Malaysia owns Middle Rocks, and South Ledge belongs to the state in whose territorial waters it is located.

We loose, Singapore will extend her maritime boundary and probably control of the Johor Straits. Are they going to charge a toll? Send their new attack warships to patrol it? Setting radar defense and air to air missile? Incorporate this into their ‘Forward Defence’ strategy? Ah!!!… Let the Singaporeans eat that rock la!

Here’s some interesting trivia.

The person representing Malaysia at trial was Sir Elihu Lauterpacht, whose father, Sir Hersch, was a Jewish international lawyer, and heavily involved with the founding of Israel. Malaysia meanwhile does not even recognize the state of Israel! Malaysia now gets on their knees and turn to a Zionist professor’s son to win them land…. Malaysia Boleh!

A truly national embarrassment on the international stage by a bunch of incompetent, incredulous and half-baked Malaysian legal team-members. Go to Jeff Ooi’s Screenshot for the detailed analysis of our stupid Malaysian lawyers’ performance at the International Court of Justice, in The Hague.

AdSense Now Supports Third-Party Ad Serving Technology

AdSense Now Supports Third-Party Ad Serving Technology

Recently, Google AdSense has accepted display ads served from qualified third-party vendors. However, at this time, only ads in English are eligible. Its really gem of a news that Adsense is now allowing (Displaying, to precise) third part ads on its content ad network. Which means you can now control your other advertising projects through Adwords. Its really good action taken from their part as the advertisers who use third part ad networks like adbrite, bidvertiser or any other network to campaign their projects can now advertise in Adsense through Adwords.

I am not sure if most publishers understand the significants of this. Many large companies would not even think about placing an ad on a publisher’s site without being able to track the results of those ads (impressions and clicks) through a third-party ad serving intermediary. Got that?

What this now brings to AdSense are major agencies and advertisers with large budgets, who are now more willing to dip their ad budgets in Google’s content network. More advertisers with bigger budgets means more money for AdSense publishers.

Heres how you can do it.

The same ad management features for Google ads also apply to third-party ads. You can use the Ad Review Center to filter specific placement-targeted ads from appearing on your site. To block contextually-targeted ads from a given advertiser, you can use the Competitive Ad Filter. (The Ad Review Center currently only shows placement-targeted ads, not contextually-targeted ads.)

Optimizing your site to allow third-party ads to allow third-party ads on your site:

1. Opt into Image Ads
Currently, third-party ads are only available in image or Flash, so they won’t appear in text-only ad units.

2. Enable advertisers to target your AdSense channels
Most advertisers who use third-party ads are brand-conscious. They prefer to specify websites where their ads will appear in order to optimize the targeting and effectiveness of their campaigns.

How to Set the Right Product Price

How to Set the Right Product Price

There are many outside influences that affect profitability and a manufacturer bottom line. Setting the right price is a crucial step toward achieving that profit. Manufacturer is in business to make a profit, but figuring out what and how to price products may not come easily.

Before we can determine which retail pricing strategy to use in setting the right price, we must know the costs associated with the products. Two key elements in factoring product cost is the cost of goods and the amount of operating expense.

The cost of goods includes the amount paid for the product, plus any handling expenses. The cost of operating the business, or operating expense, includes overhead, payroll, marketing and office supplies.

Regardless of the pricing strategy used, the retail price of the products should more than cover the cost of obtaining the goods plus the expenses related to operating the business.

A retailer or manufacturer simply cannot succeed in business if they continue to sell their products below cost.

How to Recover Stolen Domain Name

How to Recover Stolen Domain Name

It is scary to think that someone can take control of a domain so easily. As David Airey shows, it may take a few days, but it is quite possible to recover control on a domain which is hijacked while you remain the owner

1. Sign up on the registrar which now holds the domain, Godaddy in our example (you could be liable for the account).
2. Download and fill out a paper form Undo of Change. Sign the form.
3. Make a copy of your identity card or driving licence.
4. Scan and send them as attachments via e-mail.

This document allows to cancel the transfer of registrar if it is under way, or to give control on the domain otherwise. Note that it will take longer if the transfer is complete rather than under way.

If the cracker has managed to become owner of the domain, a procedure with ICANN will be necessary, it is longer.
